By booking with Natasha Jade and attending classes, workshops, or events, you agree to the following:
1. Health & Responsibility
I acknowledge that yoga involves physical movement and, as with any physical activity, carries a risk of injury. I confirm that I am in suitable physical and mental condition to participate.
I agree to listen to my body and work within my own limits; modify or rest when needed; and inform the teacher of any injuries, conditions, pregnancy, or concerns before class.
I understand that the instructor is not a medical professional and that yoga is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily participate in yoga classes and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur, whether known or unknown.
3. Release of Liability
I release and discharge the instructor, business, and venue from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from participation in classes or use of facilities.
4. Bookings & Payments
All classes must be booked in advance via the booking system. Payments are required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Class passes and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before class to receive a credit. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in loss of class credit or fee.
6. Arrival & Class Etiquette
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up your mat and settle in. Please put your phone on silent without vibration.
7. Outdoor / Venue Conditions
For outdoor classes, I understand that classes may be affected by weather or environmental conditions, and the teacher may cancel or reschedule if conditions are unsafe.
8. Personal Belongings
I am responsible for my own belongings. The instructor and venue are not liable for loss or damage.
9. Consent & Agreement
By booking or attending a class, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver, voluntarily agree to all terms, and accept full responsibility for my participation.
